You've been trying so hard to feel well.

It's time someone helped you understand why you don't.

Whether you've just been diagnosed or you've been living with thyroid symptoms for years — you deserve more than "your results are normal, come back in six months."

Bronte May — Thyroid Naturopath & Somatic Healing Facilitator
Focused clinical experience in Hashimoto's disease, Graves' disease, hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, thyroid nodules, thyroidectomy and autoimmune thyroid conditions.

Does any of this sound familiar?

Maybe you've just received a diagnosis — Hashimoto's, Graves', hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism — and you're overwhelmed. What does this mean? What do I eat? Who do I trust? Where do I even begin?

Or maybe you've been living with this for years. You've gone gluten-free, dairy-free, caffeine-free. You've taken the supplements, seen the practitioners, followed the protocols. And you are still:

Exhausted — no matter how much you sleep. Carrying weight that won't shift despite eating well. Foggy, slow, unable to think clearly. Anxious, flat, or emotionally unpredictable. Watching your hair fall out and your skin change. Waking at 3am with your heart pounding, or dragging yourself through the day running on empty. Dealing with heavy periods, low libido, joint pain, or digestive issues you can't explain. Feeling like a stranger in your own body — and quietly wondering if this is just your life now.

It doesn't matter whether your diagnosis is Hashimoto's, Graves', hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, or "your labs are technically normal but you feel anything but" — you are in the right place.

And here is the first thing I want you to know:

This is not your fault. And it is not the whole story.

Here's what changes everything

Thyroid symptoms — the fatigue, the weight gain, the brain fog, the anxiety, the hair loss, the palpitations — are not evidence that you are broken.

They are your body communicating.

Thyroid dysfunction rarely exists in isolation. In my clinical experience, it is almost always connected to a combination of gut inflammation, chronic stress, nutrient depletion affecting thyroid hormone conversion, hormonal dysregulation — and deeper subconscious patterns that have been quietly running in the background, often for years, sometimes since childhood.

This is why you can do everything right — the thyroid diet, the supplements, the lifestyle changes — and still not feel well.

It's not that you haven't tried hard enough. It's that the approach hasn't been complete enough.

When we address the whole system — physical, emotional and nervous system — everything shifts.

That is where real thyroid healing begins.

I'm Bronte — and I've been exactly where you are.

I'm a qualified naturopath and somatic healing facilitator with focused clinical experience in autoimmune thyroid conditions — Hashimoto's disease, Graves' disease, hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, thyroid nodules and post-thyroidectomy recovery.

I was diagnosed with Graves' disease in my early thirties — after years of accumulated stress, a toxic relationship, and experiences that had been living in my nervous system long before any diagnosis arrived. My antibodies were over 1,300. I was told not to worry about them. I was sent home to wait.

I couldn't accept that answer.

I rebuilt my health completely — naturally, from the inside out. Today I have been symptom-free and medication-free for over a decade. That healing journey — everything I learned, every piece that had to come together — is the foundation of what I now teach.

I work with women who are newly diagnosed and women who have been fighting this for years. What they share is this: they deserve real answers. And a real plan.

I also work collaboratively alongside GPs and endocrinologists — particularly for women who are still experiencing thyroid symptoms despite being on medication or having labs that appear relatively stable. If you've been told you're fine but your body is telling you otherwise, this is exactly where I work.

What healing actually feels like

Waking up with energy that is still there at the end of the day. Thinking clearly — actually being present in your own life. Feeling calm inside your body. Moving, working, being with the people you love — without calculating what it will cost you.

Fitting into your clothes and not dreading the mirror. Your hair thickening again. Your cycle regulating. Your mood becoming something you can trust.

Going out. Making plans. Feeling like yourself — maybe more yourself than you have in years.

Women I've worked with describe it as: getting their life back.

And then — over time — something even more than that. A relationship with their body built on trust instead of fear. An understanding of what their symptoms are communicating and how to respond. A sense of being genuinely well — not just managed.

This is what becomes possible. Not eventually. Actually.

You don't have to keep figuring this out alone.

Working with a patient or client who needs additional thyroid support?

I work collaboratively alongside GPs, endocrinologists and other health practitioners to support women experiencing ongoing thyroid symptoms — particularly those who remain symptomatic despite being on medication or having labs that appear relatively stable. Referrals from practitioners, family members and friends are always welcome.
